PEG胁迫对黑麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

[目的]研究聚二乙醇(PEG)对黑麦(Secale cereal L.)种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,探讨黑麦种子耐干旱胁迫的生理机制.[方法]采用浓度分别为5%、10%、15%和20%的PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱条件对黑麦种子萌发进行胁迫.[结果]当PEG浓度为5%时,黑麦种子的发芽势和发芽率与对照相比差异不显著,干旱胁迫对发芽指数、活力指数、根长、苗长、根鲜重、苗鲜重的影响均达显著水平;当PEG浓度为10%时,各项指标受干旱胁迫的影响均达显著水平;当PEG浓度为20%时,黑麦种子不发芽.[结论]该研究可为评价黑麦种子抗旱性及黑麦的栽培管理等提供参考.
Effect of PEG Stress on Seed Germination and Seedlings Growth of Rye( Secale cereal L.)
[Objective]The purpose was to provide a scientific basis for popularization and utilization of Yugu 19.[Method]A new millet va riety Yugu 19 was bred from Yugu No 1 x Jigu 19. Its breeding process, characteristics and cultivation technology were introduced, and dis cussed its popularization value and production potentiality.[Result]In regional trail of 2010 -2011, Yugu 19' s average yield was 5 028. 2 kg/hm2, increasing 6.99% comparing with control Jigu 19, ranking 2 among total tested varieties; There were 20 test points increasing among 23 test points of 2 years, rising range was 0.43% -25.84% , the ratio of test points of increasing yield was 86.96%.[Conclusion]Yugu 19 shows a good high yield and adaptability. It passes the identification of National Commission for New Millet Varieties Identification.
