摘要

[目的]鉴定引起广西按树梢枯病的病原菌.[方法]对近年发生在广西河池、南宁、崇左、百色、梧州等地的桉树梢枯病进行了采样调查、病原菌分离、致病性测定及种类鉴定.[结果]可可毛色二孢[Lasiodiplodia theobromae(Pat) Griffon&Maubl]、新壳梭孢[Neofusicoccum parvum(Pennycook&Samuels) Crous,Slippers&A.J.L Phillips]和拟隐孢壳菌(Cryptospotiopsis sp.Bub.et Kabat)均可导致桉树梢枯病的发生.[结论]为桉树梢枯病的有效防治提供了依据.

Abstract

The aim was to identify the pathogens caused Eucalyptus spp. die-back disease from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. [Method] After pathogen caused Eucalyptus spp. die-back disease in Hechi, Nanning, Chongzuo, Baise and Wuzhou in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was collected and isolated, pathogenicity test and species identification were performed. [ Result ] Lasiodiplodia theobromae, Neojusicoccumparvum and Cryptospotiopsis sp. were responsible for the disease. [Conclusion] The research provides reference for the effective control of Eucalyptus spp. die-back disease.
