古巴牛乳树的引种表现及繁殖技术研究

[目的]介绍古巴牛乳树在福建厦门的引种表现及繁殖技术.[方法]通过正交试验研究不同生长调节剂吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、生根粉(ABT)的不同浓度、处理时间对插穗的影响.[结果]古巴牛乳树在厦门适应性强,在25℃光照培养箱中出芽率为74.51%,但扦插结果成活率很低.[结论]古巴牛乳树不适宜扦插繁殖,但在适宜的温度下播种,可获较高的出芽率.
The introduction representation and reproductive technology of Manilkara roxburghiana (Wight) Dubard in Xiamen, Fujian province was introduced. [ Method ] Effects of different concentration and processing time of growth regulating substance including IBA, NAA, ABT on the stickings were conducted by orthogonal test comparing with seeding. [ Result ]M. roxburghiana adapted well in Xiamen. The bud ratio was 74.51% in 25 ℃. incubators, while the survival rate of sticking was low. [ Conclusion] The suitable mode of reproduction for M. roxburghiana should be seeding but not sticking. The species might get higher bud ratio under suitable temperature.
