Folin-Ciocaileu 比色法测定新疆不同产地紫花苜蓿中总多酚含量

[目的]测定新疆不同产地紫花苜蓿中总多酚的含量.[方法]以没食子酸作为对照品,以福林试剂-碳酸钠溶液体系为显色剂,采用Folin-Ciocaileu 比色法在检测波长760 nm处测定紫花苜蓿中总多酚含量.[结果]紫花苜蓿中总多酚含量的标准曲线的回归方程为Y=91x +0.011 8(r =0.999 5),表明在0~6 mg/ ml浓度范围内浓度与吸光度的线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为102.34%、103.94%、102.81%.[结论]该方法简便、快速、准确,是检测新疆不同产地紫花苜蓿总多酚成分的可靠方法.
Determination of the Content of Total Polyphenol for Medicago sativa L.of Xinjiang by Folin-Ciocaileu
[Objective] To establish an UV method for determination of the content of total polyphenol for M. sativa of Xinjiang. [ Method] With gallic acid as CK, Folin-Ciocaileu was adopted determining the content of total polyphenol by UV at 760 nm. [ Results] The regressive equation of standard curve is Y= 91x + 0. 01l8 (r=0.9995 ). It was indicated that in the range of 0- 6 mg/ml, the liner relationship between concentration and absorbance is good. The average recovery was 102.34% , 103.94% , 102.81%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which is a reliable method for detecting total polyphenol from M. sativa in Xinjiang.
