EPAS1 | HIF-2 is a crucial transcription factor mediating cellular response to hypoxia, which plays an important role in the physiologi cal and pathological process of organisms.The structure, distribution, expression regulation and role in the pathological process, altitude hypoxia adaptability of EPAS1 were reviewed, which will provide a reference for further study of EPAS1.
