[目的]研究鹅不食草的抗肿瘤活性成分.[方法]利用柱色谱和反相HPLC等手段进行分离纯化,应用NMR等方法鉴定结构及进行了MTT法抗肿瘤试验.[结果]从鹅不食草中分离鉴定了化合物1(Dihydrohelenalin)、化合物2(Helenalin)、化合物3(Brevilin-A)、化合物4(Amicolide C)和化合物5(Arnicolide D),并且均具有一定的抗肿瘤细胞活性.[结论]5个化合物有一定抑制肿瘤细胞生长作用.
Study on Anti Tumor Activity of Centipeda minima
[Objective] To study anti tumor constituents of Centipeda minima.[Method] Column chromatography and reverse phase HPLC were used for separation and purification,NMR was used to identify the structure and MTT anti tumor experiment was conducted.[Result] Dihydrohelenalin,Helenalin,Brevilin-A,Arnicolide C and Arnicolide D were identified from Centipeda minima,all of them have a certain anti tumor cell activity.[Conclusion] Five compounds have a certain inhibition effect on growth of tumor cells.
