Practice on Pretreatment of Acid hydrolysis of Protein for Amino Acids Analysis
Acid hydrolysis is one of the most commonly used in amino acid analysis before treatment.In contrast with the method of acid hydrolysis (GB),combinating with the daily practice procedure of the acid hydrolysis of protein,the problems that should pay attention to and the steps to improve and simplify were summed up during the sample selection,sample size,hydrolysis tubes determination,tube sealing,solvent evaporation and buffer solution,the method described in this paper makes the operation more convenient and practical and has no significant difference in the test result.This method is worth in the specific application of the amino acid analysis in practice.
