盐分胁迫对油麦菜生理生长的影响

[目的]随着盐碱地面积的增加,植物在盐碱环境中的生长情况越发受到重视.[方法]以油麦菜为试材,研究不同盐分浓度下油麦菜生理生长情况.[结果]随着NaCl浓度的增加,油麦菜叶绿素含量降低,叶色枯黄,细胞内丙二醛含量增加,对细胞膜破坏严重.在高浓度盐分条件下,根系和植株生长缓慢.在225 mmol/L NaCl浓度下,植株最终死亡.[结论]油麦菜不适合高盐环境生长.
Effects of Salt Stress on Physiological Growth of Lettuce
[Objective] With the increase of saline soil area,more and more attention in plant growth in saline environment had been paid.[Method] With lettuce as test material,under different salt concentrations,the physiology and growth of lettuce were studied.[Result] With the increase of NaCl concentration,chlorophyll content of lettuce decreased,leaf color became yellow,malondialdehyde content in cells increased,and the damage to the cell membrane was serious.At high salt concentration condition,root and plant growth decreased.At the NaCl concentration of 225 mmol/L,the plants all died.[Conclusion] Lettuce wasn't suitable for the growth under high salt environment.
