Comparative Study of Nine Pleurotus geesteranus Strains
[Objective] To select superior strains of Pleurotus geesteranus suitable for planting in Tai' an area.[Method] Mycelial growth rate,the rate of biotransformation and fruiting body morphology characteristics of nine Pleurotus geesteranus strains were compared.[Result]The results showed that the mycelial growth speed of strain Pleurotus geesteranus No.9 is fast with high yield,the biological conversion rates were 85.09％ and 82.08％ respectively.[Conclusion] Pleurotus geesteranus No.9 is high quality and yield strain,which is suitable for cultivated in Tai'an area.
