[目的]为生产应用提供理论和技术依据.[方法]以茄子种子为供试材料,用不同浓度的羧甲基壳聚糖浸种,对茄子种子发芽及幼苗素质的各项指标进行测定.[结果]羧甲基壳聚糖能在不同程度提高种子的发芽势、发芽率、α-淀粉酶活性、发芽速度以及幼苗的株高、叶面积、全株鲜重、壮苗指数、根系活力、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和叶绿素的含量.[结论]以0.6%浓度CMC处理对茄子种子和幼苗影响效果较好.
Effects of CMC on Seed Germination and Seedling Properties of Aubergine
[Objective] The research aimed to provide the theoretical and technical basis for the application in production.[Method] The effects of CMC on aubergine seeds germination and seedling growth were studied.[Result] CMC could increase seed germination index,germination percentage,germination rate,α-amylase activity,seedling height,leaves area,plant weight(F),seedling strong index,root vigour,total soluble protein,total soluble sugar and chlorophyll content.[Conclusion] The effects of 0.6% carboxmethyl chitosan were better.
