冬瓜果皮颜色的遗传规律研究

[目的]研究冬瓜果皮颜色的遗传规律,为冬瓜的遗传育种提供参考.[方法]以自交纯合系P1(果皮深绿色)、P2(果皮黄绿色)为亲本,进行正、反交及回交,分析其F1、F2、BC1和BC2各世代的果皮颜色分离情况.[结果]F,代的果皮颜色表现一致,无论正、反交均表现为深绿色;F2代的皮色无论正、反交都分离出深绿色和黄绿色2种颜色,且分离比率接近3∶1;2个组合的F1代与深绿色亲本回交,其回交后代的果皮颜色均表现为深绿色;与黄绿色亲本回交,则回交后代的果皮颜色表现为深绿色和黄绿色分离,其分离比例接近1∶1,经x2适合性测验可知,符合1∶1的分离比例.[结论]冬瓜果皮颜色深绿色与黄绿色受1对核基因控制,深绿色对黄绿色为显性.
Study on the Inheritance of Fruit Color in Wax Guard
[Objective] To provide references for genetics and breeding of wax guard.[Method] The inheritance of fruit color of wax guard was studied by using two inbred line,P1 and P2,and its F1,F2,BC1,BC2.P1 was a dark green fruit inbred line,P2 was a yellow green fruit inbred line.[Result] All the fruit were dark green in two F1 generations.However,in their F2 generations,segregation of dark green and yellow green color appeared in a ratio of almost 3 to 1.For their backcrosses,all the BC1 showed dark green color when F1 backcrossed to dark green inbred.Meanwhile all BC2 appeared in a ratio of almost 1 to 1 when F1 backcrossed to yellow green inbred.[Conclusion] Fruit color was controlled by one pair of nuclear genes.
