Effect of Cotton Seed Hull Culture Medium on the Development of Auricularia auricular
[Objective] Selecting the best addition ratio of cotton seed hull strains for Auricularia auricular cultivation.[Method] Using Auricularia auricular as testing material,effect of the cotton seed hull content and different auxiliary materials on the growth conditions,agronomic trait,yield and quality of Aurcularia auricular were investigated,obtaining the optimal combination.[Result] The results showed that the amount of cotton seed hull can significantly improve the yield and quality in the range of 10％-60％.The optimum formula was cotton seed hull 20％,chips 58％,wheat bran 20％,sugar 1％,gypsum powder 1％,calcium carbonate 1％.The sterilized cultivation medium in the same day has the best effect.[Conclusion] The study can provide scientific basis for cultivation of Auricularia auricular using cotton seed hull.
