介绍了农杆菌介导法、基因枪法、电激法、花粉管通道法4种高粱遗传转化方法,并提出了今后高粱遗传转化中应集中研究的问题.
Advances in the Genetic Transformation of Sorghum bicolor
Four methods of the genetic transformation of sorghum were introduced,including Agrobacterium mediated transformation,particle bombardment,electroporation,pollen-tube pathway,some suggestions for research into the genetic transformation of Sorghum were put forward.
