瓦山安息香树皮的化学成分研究(Ⅱ)

[目的]研究瓦山安息香Styrax perkinsiae Rhed树皮提取物的氯仿部位的化学成分.[方法]利用色谱方法对瓦山安息香树皮化学成分进行分离纯化,并结合理化性质、波谱数据及文献报道鉴定化合物结构.[结果]共分离得到7个化合物,分别为Oleanolic aldehyde acetate(1)、乙酰齐敦果酸(2)、(7R,8R,8R')-3,3'-dimethoxy-7,9'-epoxylignane-4,4',9-triol(3) 、9-hydroxyl pipemnol(4)、7'R-hydroxylariciresinol(5)、7'-methoxy-laricireslnol(6)、Uridine(7).[结论]化合物3~7为首次从安息香属植物中分离得到.
Chemical Constituents from the Stem Bark of Styrax Perkinsiae Rhed (Ⅱ)
[Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical constituents from the stem bark of Styrax perkinsiae Rhed.[Method] The chemical constituents were separated and purified by chromatographic methods after solvent extraction and were identified by spectroscopic analyses.[Result] Seven compounds were isolated from CHC13 fraction of the stem bark of Styrax Perkinsiae Rhed and identified as following: Oleanolic aldehyde acetate (1), 3β-Acetoxyolean-12-en-28-acid (2), (7R, 8R, 8R')-3, 3'-Dimethoxy-7, 9'-epoxylignane-4, 4', 9-triol (3), 9-Hydroxyl piperonol (4), 7 'R-Hydroxylariciresinol (5), 7 '-methoxy-laricireslnol (6), Uridine (7).[Conclusion] Five compounds (3-7) were isolated from the plants of Styrax for the first time.
