摘要
[目的]研究四川西部手参野生资源.[方法]文献查证手参野生资源分布区域,踏查、实地及样地调查方法相结合,调查分布区域生态环境,收集野生资源,并且对其产量性状进行方差分析和多重比较.[结果]手参野生资源的蕴藏量极少.生长区具有大陆性气候和高原季风气候的特点.野生资源在98°54′34″～ 103°42′39″E,29°50′2″～33°28 ′20″N,海拔3 430.4 ～4 274.0 m均有分布.分布地区的气候条件,年均气温1.4 ～ 14.7℃,年均极端低温～30.6℃,年降雨量623.0～866.5 mm,无霜期33 ～ 252 d,年均日照1 376.0 ～2 637.7 h.理塘县产地特殊,海拔最高为4274.0 m,年均温度最低为3.0℃,气温极值达到-30.6℃,无霜期短(50 d),年均日照最长达到2 637.7 h,与其他产地差异较大,单株药材产量在0.01水平显著高于其他产地.[结论]手参种质资源调查、规范化种植生产研究迫在眉睫.理塘县可以选作手参规范化生产基地.
Abstract
[Objective] To study Gymnadenia conopsea wild resources in the west of Sichuan Province.[Method] The distribution areas of Gymnadenia conopsea wild resources were reviewed through literatures.Combining field survey and sample plot investigation,eco-environment of distribution area was studied.The wild resources were collected,and variance analysis and multiple comparison were conducted on their yield traits.[Result] The wild resources were very few.The growth area of Gymnadenia conopsea wild resources had the characteristics of continental climate and high altitude monsoon climate,distributed in 98°54′34″ to 103 °42′39″ E,29°50′2″ to 33 °28 ′20″ N,elevation 3 430.4 to 4 274.0 meters.The average annual temperature of climate conditions in distribution areas was 1.4-14.7 ℃,and the extreme low temperature was above-30.6.The annual rainfall was 623.0-866.5 mm,frost-free period was 33-252 d,and average annual sunshine was 1 376.0-2 637.7 h.Litang County was the special growth origin of Gymnadenia conopsea wild resources,with the highest elevation of 4 274.0 m,minimum average temperature of 3 ℃,extreme temperature of-30.6 ℃,and frost free period of about 50 d.The longest average annual sunshine reached 2 637.7 h.Gymnadenia conopsea wild resources in Litang County were different from other sources.The yield per plant was significantly higher than that in other regions at 0.01 level.[Conclusion] Study on germplasm resources and standardized cultivation of Gymnadenia conopsea wild resources is imminent.Litang County can be chosen as standardized production base.
