摘要
[目的]了解草莓品种的优异特性,筛选出适合阜阳地区栽培的草莓品种,为草莓品种选择和生产管理技术推广奠定基础.[方法]以阜阳地区主栽的章姬、红颜、天仙醉、甜查理和丰香5个草莓品种为试材,对草莓植物学性状、生育期、抗病性、果实商品性、产量等进行对比分析.[结果]丰香品种品性严重退化,已不具备栽培优势.红颜栽培管理要求高,抗病性差,对化学药品依赖性大,应谨慎发展.章姬栽培管理要求高,口感优,适合高档精品销售,但果实硬度低,建议作为精品采摘发展.甜查理风味淡,产量高,抗病性强,适合粗放管理,规模化发展.天仙醉管理方便,春节前产量高、售价高,口感、硬度较好,经济效益明显高于其他4个品种,适合阜阳地区草莓栽培.[结论]根据不同的发展定位,甜查理、天仙醉、章姬可在阜阳地区搭配组合种植,既丰富品种,增加消费者的选择,又延长草莓采摘期,从而提高草莓种植效益.
Abstract
[Objective] To understand the excellent properties of strawberry varieties,and select cultivated varieties of strawberry that were suitable for the Fuyang area,in order to lay the foundation for strawberry varieties selection and promotion of production management technology.[Method] Using Zhangji,red,Angel drunk,Sweet charlie and Fengxiang five strawberry varieties as test materials,botanical traits,growth period,disease resistance,fruit goods,yield of strawberry were observed and compared.[Result] The results showed that the quality of Fengxiang was severely degraded,and it had no advantage in cultivation.The cultivation and management of the red was high,and the resistance to disease was poor,and the chemical and drug dependence should be developed carefully.Zhangji cultivation and management requirements were high,the taste was excellent,suitable for high-end boutique sales,but the fruit was low,the proposed development for fine picking.Sweet charlie had the flavor of light,high yield,strong resistance,suitable for extensive management and large-scale development.Angel drunk management was convenient,before the Spring Festival,high yield,high price,taste and the hardness was the better,benefit was significandy higher than that of the other four varieties,suitable for strawberry cultivation in Fuyang area.[Conclusion] According to different development localization,Sweet charlie,Angel drunk,Zhangji can be planted tie-in combination in Fuyang area,not only rich varieties and increase consumer choice,but also extend the strawberry picking period,so as to improve the efficiency of the strawberry planting.
