摘要
传染性法氏囊病是一种急性传染病,常常造成感染鸡群大量死亡或发病鸡群产肉、产蛋等生产性能下降,对世界养禽业造成了巨大的经济损失.作为传统疫苗,弱毒疫苗和灭活疫苗目前被广泛使用.但其本身亦具有一定的缺点,因此新技术与新型疫苗也在不断研究与开发.对传染性法氏囊病疫苗的应用现状及研究进展进行了综述,并对新型疫苗和新技术进行了展望.
Abstract
Infectious bursal disease(IBD) is an acute infectious disease,resulting in the death of chicken or the degradation of production performance and laying hens of broilers.IBD causes huge economic loss of the world poultry industry.As traditional vaccines,attenuated vaccine or inactivated vaccine are widely used for prevention and control for IBD currently,but they also have some defects.Thus,it is necessary to develop new technology and new vaccines.We reviewed the application status and research progress of infectious bursal disease vaccine in chicken,and discussed new vaccines and technologies.
