摘要

[目的]从油茶籽及其饼粕中筛选出对黄曲霉生长有较好抑制效果的粗提物,并掌握其提取工艺与条件.[方法]以油茶籽及其饼粕为试材,采用不同极性的溶剂进行提取,对所得粗提物抑制黄曲霉生长的效果进行系统的研究.[结果]试验表明,油茶籽、油茶粕都具有一定的抗黄曲霉生长与产毒作用.用不同溶剂提取油茶籽、油茶粕中的粗提物,其得率是有明显差异的,用乙醚提取的油茶籽粗提物的得率最高,达57.74%;其次是用纯净水提取的油茶籽粗提物的得率,可达38.90%;最低的是用乙醚作为提取剂提取的油茶粕粗提物,其得率仅为0.27%.粗提物不同,对黄曲霉生长的抑制效果也不同,其中,油茶籽、油茶粕的水提物对黄曲霉生长的抑制效果较好,其抑菌率分别达到88.87%和87.96%;油茶籽的乙醚提取物也有一定的抑制作用,其抑菌率可达61.11%;而油茶籽、油茶粕的乙醇提取物,以及油茶粕的乙醚提取物对黄曲霉的生长都没有抑制效果.[结论]研究可为油茶生产与加工利用中更好地预防黄曲霉的污染,有效降低黄曲霉毒素对人体的危害等提供一定的理论依据.

Abstract

[Objective] To screen the crude extracts from camellia seed and seed cake which had relatively good inhibitory effects on the growth of Aspergillusflavus,and to grasp the extraction technology and conditions.[Method] With camellia seed and seed cake as the research materials,extraction was carried out by solvents with different polarities.Systematic study of the antagonistic effects of camellia seed and seed cake on A.flavus was carried out.[Result] Both camellia seed and seed cake had certain effects of toxin production and resistance effects on A.flavus growth.The extraction rates of crude extracts from camellia seed and seed cake varied greatly by different solvents,showing significant differences.Among them,crude extracts from camellia seed by diethyl ether had the maximum extraction rate (57.74%),followed with the crude extracts from camellia seed by purified water (38.90%).Crude extracts extracted by diethyl ether had the minimum extraction rate,which was only 0.27%.Different crude extracts showed different inhibitory effects on the growth of A.flavus.Among them,water extracts from camellia seed and seed cake had relatively good inhibitory effects on the growth of A.flavus.And their inhibitory rates reached 88.87% and 87.96%,respectively.Extracts from camellia seed by diethyl ether also had certain inhibitory effects,and the inhibitory rate reached 61.11%.Extracts from camellia seed and seed cake by ethanol showed no inhibitory effects on the growth of A.flavus,as well as the extracts from seed cake by diethyl ether.[Conclusion] This research provides certain theoretical foundation for the prevention ofA.flavu.s pollution during production and process of camellia,and effectively reduces the damage ofA.flavus to human body.
