黑果花楸与2种小浆果中黄酮类物质及多糖含量比较

摘要
[目的]为黑果花楸相关加工产品提供理论和含量依据.[方法]以黑果花楸、蓝莓和蓝靛果为材料,采用紫外-分光光度法测定3种小浆果多糖及总黄酮含量,pH示差法测定花色苷含量,并进行比较分析.[结果]黑果花楸全果的花色苷、总黄酮、多糖含量均高于蓝莓和蓝靛果,在所测3种小浆果中最高,分别为0.352 0、2.636、1.764 mg/g.[结论]黑果花楸中花色苷、总黄酮、多糖含量较高,具有很高的营养价值和药用价值,有待进一步开发利用.
Abstract
[Objective] To provide theoretical and content basis for the related processing products of Aronia melanocarpa.[Method] With A.melanocarpa,blueberry and Lonicera edulis as the materials,flavonoids and polysaccharides contents in the three small berries were detected by UV-VIS spectrophotometry.Anthocyanin content was detected by pH differential method.And comparative analysis was carried out.[Result] Anthocyanin,flavonoids and polysaccharides contents in A.melanocarpa were all higher than those in blueberry and L.edulis,which were 0.352 0,2.636 and 1.764 mg/g,respectively.[Conclusion] A.melanocarpa has relatively high contents of anthocyanin,flavonoids and polysaccharides,which is of high medicinal and nutritional values,and is worthy of further research.
