摘要

首先,分析了无锡市滨湖区内原胡埭电镀厂土壤污染概况;然后,确定了土壤修复标准、修复方案和验收标准;最后,介绍了不同程度污染土壤的修复工程.检测结果表明,原胡埭电镀厂土壤中Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb和Zn严重超标,部分污染土壤对小麦、小白菜和蚯蚓表现出极强的生物毒性,必须修复后方可作为商业用地开发.土壤修复标准采用《土壤环境质量标准》(GB 15618-2008)二级标准中的商业用地标准;针对土壤重金属污染程度,综合考虑经济和时间因素,采用化学淋洗法修复重度污染土壤,采用固化/稳定化技术修复中、轻度污染土壤;修复土壤采用《危险废物鉴别标准-浸出毒性鉴别》(GB 5085.3-1996)进行验收,修复效果达到了预期目标.

Abstract

Firstly,the situation of heavy metal contaminated soil in Hudai electroplating factory in Binhu District of Wuxi City was analyzed;secondly,the remediation standard,remediation scheme and acceptance criteria of the soil were determined;finally,the remediation projects of the polluted soil were introduced.The results of soil detection showed that Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb and Zn content in the contaminated soil exceeded the standard,and parts of the contaminated soil had strong biotoxicity to wheat,little cabage and Eiseniafetida,so the contaminated soil must be remediated before being developed into commercial soil.The commercial soil standard of the Environmental Quality Standard for Soils (GB 15618 -2008) was used as the remediation standard.According to the contamination degree of the contaminated soil,as well as economic factor and time factor,the soil contaminated by heavy metals at different levels was separately remedied by chemical washing or solidification/stabilization.Identification Standards for Hazardous Wastes-Identificationfor Extraction Toxicity (GB 5085.3-1996) was used as the acceptance criteria of remediated soil.
