摘要

[目的]优选贯叶连翘中金丝桃苷微波提取工艺.[方法]以金丝桃苷提取率为考核指标,采用正交试验法考察辐射温度、微波功率、微波辐射时间及料液比对贯叶连翘中金丝桃苷提取率的影响,建立微波提取贯叶连翘中金丝桃苷的最佳工艺.[结果]微波提取金丝桃苷的最佳工艺条件为辐射温度50℃、微波功率500W、微波辐射时间9 min及料液比1:20.[结论]通过以上试验得到的微波提取工艺条件可靠,稳定性好,可用于贯叶连翘中金丝桃苷的提取.

Abstract

[Objective] To optimize the optimal microwave extraction process for hyperoside from Hypericum perforatum L.[Method] With the extraction rate of hyperoside as the evaluation index,effects of factors were studied in orthogonal test,such as radiation temperature,microwave power,microwave radiation time and solid-liquid ratio.[Result] The optimal extraction technology for microwave extraction process of hyperoside from H.perforatum were established,which was 50 ℃ radiation temperature,500 W microwave power,9 min radiation time,and 1:20 solid-liquid ratio.[Conclusion] This extraction technology was reliable and stable,and was suitable for the extraction of hyperoside from H.perforatum.
