水分胁迫对广藿香叶绿素荧光特征的影响

摘要
以广藿香为供试材料,采用盆栽试验方法,研究不同土壤水分对广藿香叶绿素荧光参数的影响.结果表明,土壤水分胁迫对广藿香初始荧光(R)、最大荧光(Fm)、可变荧光(Fv)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ电子传递量子产率(Φ聊)均有显著影响(P<0.05);随着土壤水分胁迫强度增大和胁迫时间的延长,广藿香光化学效率(E/Fm)呈下降趋势,下降程度表现为土壤田间最大持水量的20%(RWC 20%)>土壤田间最大持水量的95%(RWC 95%)>土壤田间最大持水量的40%(RWC 40%)>土壤田间最大持水量的80%(RWC 80%)>土壤田间最大持水量的60%(RWC 60%);RWC 60%处理广藿香叶绿素荧光参数水平最佳,此土壤水分条件有利于广藿香生长.
Abstract
The effects of different soil water contents on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth.were studied by using a pot experiment.The results showed that soil water stress had significant effects (P > 0.05) on Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth.initial fluorescence(F0),maximum fluorescence (Fm,),variable fluorescence (Fv),maximal photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) and quantum yield of PSⅡelectron transport(ΦPPSⅡ);with the increasing of water stress intensity and the extending of stress time,the photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth.decreased presenting as RWC 20% > RWC 95% > RWC 40% > RWC 80% > RWC 60%;the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters under the condition of RWC 60% were optimal,these soil water conditions were more suitable for the growth of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth.
