摘要

[目的]研究水龟虫多糖的提取条件.[方法]分别采用3种方法对水龟虫多糖进行了提取,采用苯酚-硫酸法进行多糖含量测定,对比不同提取方法中多糖的含量差异.[结果]热水浸提、碱提法和酶解法3种方法对水龟虫多糖提取所得多糖的含量分别为1.53%、2.61%、2.66%.[结论]通过试验确定了酶解法为水龟虫多糖的提取最佳方法.

Abstract

[Objective] To study conditions for extracting polysaccharide from Hydrophilus acuminatus.[Method] Three methods were adopted to extract polysaccharide from Hydrophilus acuminatus,polysaccharide content was determined by phenol sulfuric acid method,and polysaccharide contents extracted by different methods were compared.[Result] The polysaccharide content in Hydrophilus acuminatus extracted by hot water extraction,alkali extraction and enzymatic hydrolysis was 1.53%,2.61%,2.66%,respectively.[Conclusion] Enzymatic hydrolysis is the best method for extracting polysaccharide from Hydrophilus acuminatus.
