杜仲叶中活性成分积累变化规律

摘要
[目的]为选择适宜采收期、保证所采杜仲叶质量提供科学依据.[方法]采用乙醇浸提和紫外分光光度计检测杜仲叶生长过程中绿原酸、木脂素、总黄酮、环烯醚萜的含量,找出每种成分含量随生长时间的变化规律.[结果]杜仲叶活性成分的合成积累呈较为明显的季节性,4种成分含量在6月份之前均快速增加,而6月份之后绿原酸、未脂素和环烯醚萜含量又逐渐减小,特别是环烯醚萜含量减小速率较快,但总黄酮含量到9月份后才开始减小.[结论]同时考虑活性成分含量和杜仲叶产量,建议以应用黄酮类和绿原酸为主时,叶片的采收宜在5 ~ 10月份进行;而以应用环烯醚萜类和木脂素为主时,叶片的采收宜在5~8月份进行.如果综合考虑各种活性成分的含量,建议采用5~8月份的叶片为宜.
Abstract
[Objective] To provide a scientific basis for the selection of suitable harvesting period and quality assurance of Eucommia ulmoides leaves.[Method] The contents of chlorogeric acid,lignans,total flavonoids and iridoids from Eucommia ulmoides leaves in different growth periods were detected by ethanol extraction and UV spectrophotometer,each component content changing with the growth time was found out.[Result] The synthesis accumulation of active ingredients from Eucommia ulmoides leaves was more obvious seasonal,the contents of the four major components were rapidly increasing before June,the contents of chlorogenic acid,lignans and iridoid content were gradually decreased after June,especially the decrease rate of iridoid content was faster.But the total flavonoids content was reduced until after September.[Conclusion] Considering the total contents of four active components and the output of Eucommia ulmoides leaves,when the chlorogenic acid and the total flavonoids are taken as main source,the suitable harvesting time of leaves is range from May to October.In contrast,the suitable harvesting period is range from May to August when liganas and iridoids are the main source.If considering the content of each active ingredient,the suitable harvesting period is range from May to August.
