摘要
在了解海南西瓜枯萎病的危害症状、病原特点、发生规律、发生影响因素等病害生物学特点的基础上,提出了西瓜枯萎病综合防控技术规程.该规程以农业防治为基础,物理防治和生物防治为关键,协调应用化学防治措施,以降低土壤病菌量、增强土壤微生物多样性和群体结构、提高西瓜的抗病性为着入点,实现了对海南西瓜枯萎病的安全、有效控制.该规程适用于海南西瓜枯萎病的综合防治.
Abstract
The endanger symptom,pathogenic characteristics,occurrence regularity,occurring factor and other biological characteristics of watermelon Fusarium wilt were researched.With agricultural control as the basis and physical and biological control as the key, chemical control measures were applied.The safety and effective control of Fusarium wilt in soil were realized by reducing the soil bacteria quantity,enhancing the soil microbial diversity and group structure,and improving the disease resistance of watermelon.This regulation was suitable for the comprehensive control of watermelon Fusarium wilt.
