农林院校大学生创业问题调查研究

摘要
为探索大学生创业面对的问题及解决办法,以调查问卷的形式对大学生的就业心理、创业认知度、创业孵化和创业实践活动的形势进行调查与综合分析.结果表明:大学生创业意愿强烈,但缺乏创业初始资金、必要的实践能力和经营管理经验.建议大学生有计划地培养创业思维,提升自身修养和创新意识,深入了解优惠政策.学校及社会应为大学生创业者提供良好创业环境.
Abstract
In order to explore problems and solutions of college students' entrepreneurship,the situation of college students' employment psychology,awareness of entrepreneurship,venture incubation and entrepreneurial practice was investigated and analyzed in the form of questionnaire.The results showed that college students have strong willingness to start a business,but lack of initial capital,necessary practical ability and management experience.It was suggested that college students should have a plan to develop entrepreneurial thinking,improve their own self-cultivation and innovative awareness,in-depth understanding of preferential policies,schools and society should provide a good entrepreneurial environment for college students.
