粮食安全·农户行为与发展对策研究——基于湖北省农户的调研数据分析
Study on Food Security, Farmers' Behavior and Developing Strategy——Based on a Survey Data from Farmers in Hubei

摘要
粮食安全攸关国计民生,不仅包括数量安全,还包括质量安全、生态安全.当前,我国农业生产的主体仍是以家庭为主的农户.该研究基于对湖北省172个农户的调研数据,从粮食安全的角度对微观层次的农户生产行为进行分析,包括农药化肥使用行为、对环境友好型技术的采用状况以及对粮食安全的认识等,从农户自身因素、农业生态环境保护制度、基层农技服务等方面分析了农户行为的影响因素与原因,并提出在当前产业化、信息化发展趋势下优化农户行为、保障粮食安全的发展对策.
Abstract
Food security is vital to the people's livelihood,including not only quantity security,but also quality safety and ecological security.At present,farmer's family is still the basic unit of agricultural production.Based on investigation data of 172 farmers from Hubei Province,the production behavior was analyzed from perspective of grain security,which included the usage of chemical fertilizer and pesticide,adoption of environment friendly technology and awareness of food safety.The influencing factors and causes of farmers' behavior were analyzed from aspects of farmers' own factors,agricultural eco-environment protection system,grassroots agricultural services,development countermeasures of optimizing farmers' behavior and safeguarding food security were put forward under the background of agricultural informatization and industrialization.
