农村居民消费现状及影响因素研究

摘要
根据1995～2014年《中国统计年鉴》和《中国农村统计年鉴》数据,分析了我国农村居民消费现状,指出我国农村居民消费市场发展潜力巨大,但发展速度极为缓慢.制约农村居民消费增长的原因有很多,而收入的不确定性是主要原因.对此,提出了发展和规范农产品期货市场、建设农产品批发的委托代理模式、发展农村专业合作经济组织、推行普及农业保险等对策措施,以解决农户收入不确定性这一根本难题,提高农村居民消费水平.
Abstract
According to the data in China Statistical Yearbook and China Rural Statistical Yearbook (1995-2014),consumption status of Chinese rural residents was analyzed.There was huge development potential in the consumption market of rural residents in China;but the development was extremely slow.There were many reasons restricting the consumption growth of rural residents,and the main reason was the uncertainty of income.Based on these,several countermeasures were put forward in order to solve the problem of income uncertainty and to enhance the consumption level of rural residents,such as developing and regulating the agricultural commodities futures market,constructing principal-agent model of agricultural products wholesale,developing rural specialized co-operative economic organization,and promoting agricultural insurance.
