日本“第六产业”发展的探索与启示

摘要
为了摆脱农业困境,增加农业活力,日本积极探索基于第一、二、三产业相融合的“第六产业”的发展.该研究通过对日本“第六产业”发展的时代背景、政策措施以及发展的特色和成效的探索与研究,提出了做好“第六产业”发展规划、建立相应的资金政策和税收政策、培育多元化的人才等政策启示,为我国“第六产业”的发展提供经验借鉴.
Abstract
In order to get rid of agricultural difficulties and to increase agricultural vitality,Japan actively explores the development of the "sixth industry" based on the integration of the first,second and third industries.It is an inevitable choice to increase the added value of agricultural products by promoting the extension of agricultural production to the second and third industries through industrial convergence.Experiences are provided for the development of the "sixth industry" in China through researching the background,policies and measures of the "sixth industry" in Japan.
