水杨酸、三唑酮对水淹胁迫下杜仲生理特性的影响

摘要
[目的]为深入研究杜仲的抗涝性提供基本的理论依据.[方法]以浙江农林大学天目学院苗圃的2a生杜仲苗为材料,设A(水淹+喷清水)、B(水淹+喷水杨酸)、C(水淹+喷三唑酮)3个处理.[结果]就涝害动态指数而言,水淹喷水杨酸和三唑酮的植株耐水淹能力较水淹喷清水的植株强.就综合相关生理指标而言,适宜浓度的水杨酸和三唑酮处理可以在不同程度抑制丙二醛含量的升高,在一段时间内提高杜仲体内的叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性,促进有机渗透调节物质的积累,抑制膜脂氧化,降低细胞的膜透性,保护膜结构及其功能.[结论]水杨酸和三唑酮可以缓解水淹胁迫对2a年生杜仲苗的损害.
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to provide basic theoretical foundation for further research of Eucommia ulmoides submersion.[Method] We selected Eucommia ulmoides from the nursery in Tian-mu academy of Zhe-jiang A & F University as the tested material,and arranged 4 kinds of processing:A (water flooded + spray water),B (water flooded + spray salicylic acid),C (water flooded + spray triadimefon).[Result] On the dynamic index of waterlogging,compared with flooded plants spraying water,the resistance of flooded plants spraying salicylic acid and triadimefon were stronger.In terms of comprehensive physiological indicators,appropriate concentration of salicylic acid and triadimefon could inhibit the increase of MDA content in different degrees,and increase the chlorophyll content,POD and CAT,which could promote the accumulation of organic osmoregulation substances in a period of time,reduce the cell membrane permeability and protect the membrane structure and its function.[Conclusion] Salicylic acid and triadimefon can reduce the risks of water stress on biennial Eucommia ulmoides.
