山西高平桑枝栽培毛木耳配方研究

摘要
[目的]探讨适合山西高平的桑枝栽培毛木耳配方,为蚕桑产业的可持续发展提供理论依据.[方法]根据高平市地理特征及气候情况,通过与当地蚕桑专业合作社进行桑枝培育毛木耳的试验示范研究不同配方的毛木耳生长情况.[结果]添加桑枝的配方发菌快,菌丝生长速度快,菌种污染率低,袋均成本较低,木耳产量较高,生物学转化率高,投入与产出比较高.[结论]添加桑枝的配方值得在高平进行推广应用.
Abstract
[Objective] To explore the formulation of cultivating Auricularia polytricha by Ramulus mori in Gaoping of Shanxi Province and provide theoretical basis for the sustained development of sericulture industry.[Method] According to geographic feature and climatic situation of Gaoping City,we studied the growth condition of Auricularia polytricha of different formula through experiment and demonstration on cultivating Auricularia polytricha by Ramulus mori together with local sericultural professional cooperative.[Result] The formulation added with Ramulus mori had quick fermentation,fast growth of mycelium,low pollution rate of strains,lower cost per bag,higher yield of Auricularia polytricha,high biological efficiency and higher input and output ratio.[Conclusion] The formulation added with Ramulus moriis worth to be popularized in Gaoping.
