摘要

[目的]探讨保留烤烟主根和改变移栽深度对烟叶生长、理化特性及经济性状的影响.[方法]以云烟87为供试材料,采用裂区设计进行大田试验,以移栽时保留主根作为主处理Ⅰ1,以移栽时去除主根作为主处理Ⅰ2,以移栽深度10 cm为副处理Ⅱ1,以移栽深度15 cm为副处理Ⅱ2.观察记录各处理大田生育期、农艺性状、烤后烟叶理化指标、产量等,分析保留主根和移栽深度对烤烟生长及产质量的影响.[结果]保留主根和改变移栽深度处理烤烟的农艺性状、理化指标和经济性状均存在显著性差异;在同一主处理下,移栽深度为10cm的处理好于15 cm处理;在同一副处理下,保留主根处理好于去除主根处理.[结论]保留主根对烟叶生长、理化特性及经济性状的影响较大,改变移栽深度的影响次之,二者互作效应较小.

Abstract

[Objective] To discuss the influence of retaining the best combination of taproot system and transplanting depth of flue-cured tobacco on tobacco growth,physical and chemical characteristics and economic traits.[Method] Taking Yunyan 87 as test material,split block design was adopted to conduct field test.With retaining taproot system as main treatment Ⅰ1,removing taproot system as main treatment Ⅰ2,transplanting depth 10 cm as assistant treatment Ⅱ1,transplanting depth 15 cm as assistant Ⅱ2,the reproductive period,agronomic characteristics of the field,tobacco leaf physical and chemical indicators,yield in each treatment were observed and recorded,effects of retaining taproot system and transplanting depth on tobacco growth,yield and quality were determined.[Result] The results showed that retaining taproot system and changing transplanting depth had significant differences on tobacco agronomic traits,physical and chemical indicators and economic traits;under the same main treatment,shallow planting (10 cm) was better than deep planting (15 cm),at the same assistant treatment it was better to retain taproot.[Conclusion] The most effective treatment is retaining taproot system,following by transplanting depth,the interaction effect is minimal.
