摘要
[目的]探究适合浏阳烟叶烘烤的烟叶成熟度,以规范浏阳烟叶成熟采收标准.[方法]以当地主栽烤烟品种G,80为材料,在烟箱和烟夹2种装烟方式下分别将中部叶设置提前采收、常规采收、推迟采收3个处理,在烤前、烤中、烤后取样测定其淀粉含量,并取烤后样进行外观和感官质量评价.[结果]烟夹常规采收烟叶综合质量最高,提前采收烟叶综合质量最差.烟箱常规采收外观质量较好,推迟7d采收感官质量最佳.[结论]按现行收购标准,烟叶常规采收能够较大程度上保证其经济效益.
Abstract
[Objective] To explore the maturity of tobacco leaves in Liuyang and make the harvesting standard of tobacco leaves in Liuyang.[Method] We took G80 variety as material,set the central lobe to three processing of harvest in advance,conventional harvest and delayed harvest in two kinds of cigarette smoke way like tobacco box and cigarette holder,sampled before baking,baking and after baking,determined the content of starch and evaluated the appearance and sensory quality after baking.[Result] The comprehensive quality of tobacco leaves from conventional harvest was the highest,while the integrated quality of tobacco leaf from harvest in advance was the worst.Conventional har vesting of tobacco box could improve the appearance quality and sensory quality of tobacco leaves.[Conclusion] The maturity of tobacco leaf is the most suitable for the conventional harvest,and the economic benefit can be obtained at this time.
