摘要
[目的]探讨生态条件对焦甜香型烟叶形成的影响,以明确焦甜香型烟叶最佳种植区域.[方法]选择3个不同生态区域试验点,分析比较生态因子的差异及其对焦甜香型烟叶的影响.[结果]海拔、平均气温、日较差、相对湿度等生态因子与焦甜香型烟叶相关;海拔在800m以上,平均气温30℃以下,日较差10℃以上,相对湿度80％以上,有利于糖分的积累,此时初烤烟叶糖含量较高,化学成分协调,焦甜感明显.[结论]综合经济性状、化学成分和感官质量可知,海拔为1200m的仙峰乡为宣宾市焦甜香型烟叶最适宜种植区域.
Abstract
[Objective] The effect of ecological conditions on burned sugar aroma style in tobacco leave was studied to explore the best plant ing area of burned sugar aroma style.[Method] The influence of ecological conditions on burned sugar aroma style in tobacco was discussed by choosing three different ecological area sites.[Result] The formation of burned sugar aroma style leave was correlated with ecological factors such as altitude,average temperature,daily range,relative humidity.When altitude was more than 800 m,the temperature was below 30 ℃,the difference of temperature was more than 10 ℃ between day and night,relative humidity was more than 80％, it was helpful for the accumulation of sugar,the chemical components were well coordinated with highest content of total sugar,the sensory quality was good with rich burned sugar aroma.[Conclusion] Comprehensive analysis of economic characters,chemical composition and sensory quality,Xianfeng with an altitude of 1 200 m is the optimum planting area in Yibin.
