正交试验法优化橘皮色素的超声提取工艺研究

[目的]为提高柑橘附加值,用正交试验法优化橘皮黄色素的提取工艺.[方法]采用单因素试验研究超声波乙醇提取橘皮黄色素的工艺,并采用正交试验确定最佳提取工艺.[结果]试验得出的橘皮色素超声提取的最佳工艺是:提取溶剂70%乙醇,料液比1∶10g/mL,提取温度80℃,超声时间为30 min,超声波功率为200W.[结论]研究可为橘皮提取色素提供理论依据,为橘皮的综合开发利用提供参考.
Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Pigments from Citrus Peel by Orthogonal Test
[Objective] To optimize the extraction technology of pigments from citrus peel by orthogonal test.[Method] Extraction technology of pigments from citrus peel was researched by single factor test.And the optimal extraction technology was obtained by orthogonal test.[Conclusion] The optimal extraction technology of pigments from,itrus peel was as follows:70% ethanol,1∶10 g/mL solid-liquid ratio,80 ℃ extraction temperature,30 min ultrasonic extraction time,and 200 W extraction power.[Conclusion] This research provides theoretical foundation for the extraction of pigments from citrus peel,and offers references for the comprehensive development and utilization of citrus peel.
