摘要

阐述了微生物运移机制,包括促进微生物运移的动力过程、阻滞或延缓微生物运移的阻力过程及生物过程3个方面,其中动力过程包括对流和水动力弥散作用,阻力过程包括过滤、吸附及解吸作用,生物过程因同时包含动力过程和阻力过程而单独存在.分析了动力过程、阻力过程及生物过程影响微生物运移的因素,其中影响动力过程的因素主要有流速及大孔隙,影响阻力过程的因素包括土壤质地、容重、含水量、土壤表面矿物含量、离子强度等,微生物自身因素有微生物种类、大小、表面电荷及营养状态.

Abstract

Microbial transport mechanisms were elaborated including dynamic process,resistance process and biological process,wherein the dynamic process includes convection and hydrodynamic dispersion;resistance process includes filtration,adsorption and desorption,biological processes contain both the dynamic process and the resistance processes.The factors which affect microbial transport in three processes were analyzed,factors affecting the dynamic process were flow rate and large pores;factors affecting the resistance process included soil texture,bulk density,water content,mineral content of the soil surface and ionic strength;microorganism itself factors were microbial species,size,surface charge,and nutritional status.
