摘要

[目的]采用火焰原子吸收光谱测定岩白菜中铁、镁、锌、铜、钙5种微量元素的含量.[方法]采用浓硝酸-高氯酸消解样品,并进行了方法的准确性和精密度考察.[结果]岩白菜含有丰富的金属元素,其中Ca、Mg含量最高,Fe、Cu含量相对偏低一些.该方法的加标回收率为96.76% ~ 100.15%,各元素线性关系良好.[结论]该方法操作简便、精密度高、准确度好、数据可靠,研究结果可为岩白菜的进一步研究和开发利用提供依据.

Abstract

[Objective] The contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu and Zn trace elements in Bergenia purpurascens were determined by FAAS method.[Method] The samples were digested with HNO3-HClO4,the accuracy and precision of the method was investigated.[Result] The results showed that Bergenia purpurascens contains abundant metal elements,among which,contents of Ca and Mg are the highest,contents of Fe,Cu are relatively low.The recovery rate of the method was 96.76%-100.15%,and the linear relationship of each element was good.[Conclusion] The method has the advantages of simple operation,high precision and good accuracy,reliable data.The results of this study provide a basis for the further research and development of Bergenia purpurascens.
