摘要
在介绍了杂种优势的显性假说、超显性假说、上住性假说3种遗传机理假说的基础上,综述了在杂种优势群划分中常用的几种分子标记的原理、特点,并对分子标记在杂种优势研究中的进一步利用进行了展望.
Abstract
The dominance hypothesis,overdominance hypothesis and epistatic hypothesis of three genetic mechanisms of the hypothesis were introduced.Based on these,the principles and characteristics of several commonly used molecular markers were reviewed in the division of crop heterosis group.Further application of molecular marker was forecasted in the research of crop heterosis.
