摘要
分析了陕西省农业产业链发展取得的成就及存在的问题,陕西省在打造特色农业产业链、创新农业产业链发展模式、打造农业产业链核心竞争力、有效带动农民增收致富等方面取得一定成效;但陕西省农业产业链处于发展的初步阶段,存在龙头企业规模小、农业产业链连接不紧密、产业链条短、资金不足等问题.在此基础上,提出了树立现代农业发展新理念、强化产业链利益连接机制;优化农业产业链发展环境、鼓励现代经济要素进入农业产业链等对策.
Abstract
Achievements and problems in the development of modem agriculture industry chain in Shaanxi Province were analyzed.The characteristic agriculture industrial chain in Shaanxi Province had achieved certain results in innovating the development model of agriculture industry chain,establishing the core competitiveness of agricultural chain,and effectively increasing farmers' income.But the agricultural industry chain in Shaanxi Province was at the initial stage of development,having the problems of small scale of leading enterprise,short industry chain,insufficient funds and so on.Based on these,suggestions were put forward,such as setting up the new idea of modem agriculture development,strengthening the connection mechanism of agriculture industry chain interests,optimizing the environment for the development of agricultural industry chain,and encouraging modem economic factors into the agricultural industry chain.
