摘要
根据地理国情普查成果,采用Visual Studio+ArcGIS Engine平台,运用C#语言设计了一套综合管理信息系统,实现了对满洲里市的地理国情普查成果数据的可视化管理.该系统的运用全面提高了空间数据管理能力、数据服务质量,同时也提高了地理国情普查成果数据的使用率.通过该系统,满洲里市地理国情普查成果已为生态环境保护、城镇化发展和区域总体发展规划实施等提供了数据依据.
Abstract
According to the outcome of National Geographical Conditions Survey,based on Visual Studio + ArcGIS Engine platform and using C # language,a set of integrated management information system was designed,realizing data visualization management in Manzhouli City.The use of the system not only comprehensively improve the spatial data management capability,data service quality,but also improve the utilization of the outcome of National Geographical Conditions Survey.Through this system,the outcome can provide data reference for eco-environment protection,urbanization development and regional overall development plan implementation.
