摘要
综述了激光共聚焦显微镜的原理以及激光扫描共聚焦显微镜技术在园艺植物细胞学、植物荧光方面、发育生物学和遗传学的应用研究进展,并对其在园艺植物研究中的应用前景进行了展望.
Abstract
The principle of laser scanning confocal microscope and the research progress on application in horticultural plant pollen morphology, pollen cytoskeleton, cytology, genetics, developmental biology, and plant fluorescence were reviewed, the application prospect in researches of horticultural plants was forecasted.
