3个烤烟新品种在四川省广元市的适应性研究

摘要
[目的]筛选适合四川省广元市生态条件的优良烤烟品种.[方法]以近年在广元市表现较好的3个烤烟新品种云烟105、NC71、NC297和1个对照品种云烟87为试验材料.在全市设置3个示范点,每个品种示范面积4 hm2.调查各品种的生育期、农艺性状、经济性状以及病虫害情况等内容.[结果]云烟105和NC71与对照云烟87相比病虫害发生情况较重,原烟外观质量较差,产量和产值较低,水溶性总糖含量较低,钾含量较高,评吸得分较低.与对照云烟87相比,NC297株高较低,腰叶叶面积较大,还原糖含量和总植物碱含量较低,钾含量较高.[结论] NC297病虫害发生率和指数较低,评吸结果较好,可在广元市进一步示范种植.
Abstract
[Objective] To screen the high-quality varieties of flue-cured tobaccos, which was suitable for the ecological condition in Guangyuan City of Sichuan Province.[Method] With Yunyan 105, NC71, NC297 and Yunyan 87 (CK) as the research materials, three demonstration bases were designed with four hectares of demonstration area for each variety.The growth period, agronomic characters, economic characters, plant diseases and insect pests of each variety were investigated.[Result] Compared with Yunyan 87, Yunyan 105 and NC71 had relatively severe occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests, the appearance quality was relatively poor;the yield, output value, water soluble sugar content and smoking score were relatively low;and K content was relatively high.As for NC297, plant height, reducing sugar content and total alkaloids content were relatively low;but the lumbar leaf area and K content were relatively high.[Conclusion] Disease incidence rate and index of Yunyan NC297 are relatively low, but their evaluation results are relatively high.Thus, Yunyan NC297 can be used for further demonstration planting.
