摘要

[目的]分离并鉴定棘胸蛙歪头病病原.[方法]从患歪头病棘胸蛙(Quasipaa spinosa)体内分离到致病菌,分别采用4种不同方式进行人工感染试验,通过形态观察、生理生化试验、16S rDNA测序等方法进行鉴定,并采用抑菌圈研究该菌株对12种抗生素的敏感性.[结果]除口服方式外,肌肉注射、皮肤损伤浸泡、皮肤不损伤浸泡感染途径均能使棘胸蛙发病并导致死亡,且对蛙有较强的致病性.通过生理生化试验和16S rDNA测序等方法鉴定致病菌为脑膜炎败血金黄杆菌(Chryseobacterium meningosepticum).药敏试验结果表明:该致病菌对万古霉素、头孢哌酮、庆大霉素和红霉素高度敏感,而对吡哌酸、链霉素、四环素、诺氟沙星、青霉素、新霉素、林可霉素、先锋霉素不敏感.[结论]棘胸蛙歪头病病原为脑膜炎败血金黄杆菌.

Abstract

[Objective] To isolate and identify the pathogen of Quasipaa spinosa.[Method] Pathogenic bacteria were isolated from Q.spinosa.Infection experiment was carried out by four different methods.Pathogenic bacteria were identified by morphologic observation, physiology biochemistry experiment,and 16S rDNA sequence.Sensitivity of strains to 12 antibiotics was researched by inhibition zone.[Result] Except oral administratin,intramuscular injection,skin injury soaking,skin soaking without injury could all lead to the death of Q.spinosa,and had relatively strong pathogenicity to frogs.Identification by biophysical and biochemical tests and 16S rDNA sequence showed that the pathogenic bacterium was Chryseobacterium meningosepticum.Drug sensitive test showed that C.meningosepticum was highly sensitive to vancomycin,cefoperazone ,gentamicin and erythromycin, but was not sensitive to pipemidic acid, streptomycin, tetracycline, norfloxacin, penicillin, neomycin, lincomycin and cephalothin.[Conclusion] The pathogenic bacterium of Q.spinosa was C.meningosepticum.
