摘要

调查了调味面制品产品质量现状,从调味面制品的分类及相关技术标准层面,分析了调味面制品质量安全事件频发的原因.调味面制品发证类别不统一和执行标准的差异,导致调味面制品企业质量控制时模棱两可,监管部门无法可依.为规范调味面制品的生产并提高质量,只有统一调味面制品发证类别,并配套执行相关标准,才能真正改善调味面制品质量现状.

Abstract

The quality status of seasoning flour products was investigated, causes for frequent occurrence of quality security events were analyzed from classification of seasoning flour products and relevant technical standards.Due to various certification categories and different implementation standards, the quality control of seasoning flour products is ambiguous and there are no statutes to apply for supervision departments.In order to standardize production and improve quality, only using the unified certification category and implementing relevant standards could improve the quality status of seasoning flour products.
