摘要

棕苞是一种健康美味的绿色蔬菜,含有丰富的植物多酚和膳食纤维等功能性成分,具有良好的保健价值,但整体的开发和利用水平比较差,对棕榈产业的发展产生一定的阻碍.结合前人的研究对棕苞的营养价值、保健功能和利用现状进行了简要介绍,并对棕苞的加工前景进行了展望,为棕苞的开发利用提供一定的依据.

Abstract

Palm bud is a delicious and healthy green vegetable, contains rich plant polyphenols and dietary fiber and other functional components ,with good health care value ,but overall development and utilization levels are relatively poor,which have a certain obstacles on the palm industry development.Combined with the previous studies,the nutritional value, health function and utilization status of the palm bud were briefly introduced,the processing prospect was forecasted, so as to provide a certain reference for development and utilization of palm bud.
