摘要

双酚A是合成塑料包装制品的一种添加剂,可通过食品包装和塑料薄膜迁移到食品中,被人体吸收后会严重危害人体健康.通过近年的文献及相关资料,综述了食品及塑料包装材料、生物样品及自然界水中双酚A的含量测定方法,分析比较不同检测方法的优缺点,为双酚A的检测提供指导.

Abstract

Bisphenol A is an additive for synthetic plastic packaging products, which can be transferred into food by packaging and plastic film and seriously harm the health of human body.Through literature and related data in recent years, bisphenol A' s determination methods in food and plastic packaging materials, biological samples and natural water were reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods were analyzed and compared, which will provide a guidance for detection of bisphenol A.
