Abstract
The application of transgenic plants in agriculture were reviewed from aspects of enhancing crop resistance, improving vegetable quality, perfecting the baking quality of wheat bread flour, reducing caffeine content, increasing vitamin content and nutritional quality, the application prospect of transgenic plants was forecasted.
