摘要
介绍了模式植物拟南芥主动去甲基化的最新进展,包括酶学过程、调控机制、去甲基化与甲基化平衡机制、研究方法及其生物学意义.这些进展对其他植物而言,除对调控机制可进行补充研究外,还对作物的重要经济性状,如育性调控、种子形成和抗逆基因筛选等的深入研究具有重要参考价值.
Abstract
The advances of active demethylation on Arabidopsis were introduced, including enzymatic process, modulation mechanism, balance between demethylation and methylation mechanism, research methods and biological significance.For other plants, these advances could be used as references to carry out supplement researches on mechanism.This research is of great reference significance to the in-depth research on important economic characteristics of crops, such as fertility regulation, seed formation, and screening of stress genes.
