摘要

金樱子具有较好的保健功能和多种药理功效,金樱子中含有多糖的量较多,金樱子多糖是发挥药理作用的重要成分.该研究详细阐述了金樱子多糖的分离纯化过程,并对金樱子多糖的药理作用进行探讨,结果表明,金樱子多糖具有降血脂、降血糖、抗心肌缺血、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗应激、强化机体免疫能力等作用,可对多种疾病进行治疗.

Abstract

Rosa laevigata has relatively high healthcare function and various pharmacological effects.The content of polysaccharides was relatively high in R.laevigata.The separation and purification processes of polysaccharides from R.laevigata were expounded in detail.The pharmacological action of polysaccharides was discussed.Results showed that polysaccharides from R.laevigata had the functions of anti-hyperlipidemia, anti-aging, anti-tumor, anti-stress, reducing blood sugar, anti-myocardial ischemia, strengthening the body's immune ability and so on.Thus, R.laevigata could be used for the treatment of various diseases.
