摘要
[目的]建立伤科灵膏的高效液相色谱法含量测定方法.[方法]采用BP-NH2色谱柱测定伤科灵膏中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量;流动相为乙腈:异丙醇:3％磷酸溶液(72.0:4.5:23.5),检测波长210 nm,流速0.8 mL/min.[结果]该含量测定法分离度较好;苦参碱在0.248 ～1.160.μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为97.64％(RSD=1.25％);氧化苦参碱在0.904～4.068 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为97.21％(RSD=1.84％).[结论]建立的方法简便、可行、灵敏、准确,可以用于伤科灵膏的质量控制.
Abstract
[Objective] To establish HPLC content determination method for Shangkeling ointment.[Method] BP-NH2 chromatographic column was adopted to determine matrine and oxymatrine content in Shangkeling ointment;the mobile phase was acetonitrile: isopropyl alcohol: 3％ phosphoric acid solution(72.0: 4.5: 23.5), detection wavelength was 210 nm, flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.[Result] The content determination method had a good separation degree;the linear relationship of matrine was good in the range of 0.248 to 1.160 g, and the average recovery was 97.64％ (RSD =1.25％);the linear relationship of oxymatrine was good in the range of 0.904-4.068 μg, the average recovery was 97.21％ (RSD =1.84％).[Conclusion] The established method is simple, feasible, sensitive and accurate, which can be used in quality control of Shangkeling ointment.
